Back Therapy Training
The back therapy training is a course that meets the specific needs of its participants. It is given by physiotherapists of the Coque and focuses on preventive mobilisation and muscle strengthening exercises accompanied by professional advice aimed at achieving comfort and mobility in your everyday life.
This course, consisting of 10 units of 60 minutes, costs 170 €.

The courses take place as follows:
- January to March
- April to July
- September to December
Enrollment begins a few weeks before the start of the new course. The participants of the previous course have priority. Any remaining spaces will be opened to new clients thereafter.
